• Ensure all contacts you email through our Services have explicitly consented to receive your emails. Consent must be obtained via "double opt-in" methods. Our web forms adhere to this standard. For more details, visit our resources on double opt-in.

• Avoid sending unsolicited emails ("spam"). Only send Transactional Messages (as defined in the Terms of Use) unless recipients have validly agreed to communications from you.

• Avoid deceptive subject lines and ensure links in your emails are relevant to the content.

• Accurately identify yourself in emails, providing a valid physical address, email address, or phone number for contact.

• Clearly mark advertisements as such.

• Only one account per user is allowed for free email credits. Creating additional accounts after suspension or cancellation may lead to further cancellation.
  
  

Using the Services to send emails containing or linking to the following is prohibited:

• Defamatory, libelous, pornographic, explicit, vulgar, offensive, abusive, threatening, false, misleading, discriminatory, racist, or violent content. 

• Content infringing on intellectual property or proprietary rights.

• Viruses or harmful programming routines.

• Hacking, illegal file sharing, spyware, or surveillance activities.

• Any content contrary to applicable laws or considered harmful by Mailerever.
  

You must not use the Services to promote, reference, or link to: 

• Weapons, hazardous materials, multi-level marketing, work-from-home schemes, online gambling, FOREX, stock trading, get-rich-quick schemes, loans, pharmaceuticals, rapid weight loss, predatory publishing, or data selling services like email lists.

Your account may be suspended or canceled if used contrary to this Policy or in a way harmful to Mailerever or the Services. Reasons include high complaint volumes, sending to invalid addresses, or violation of spam prevention measures. To dispute actions against your account, contact [email protected].      

• Mailerever Email does not support the distribution of Unsolicited Bulk Email or Unsolicited Commercial Email, commonly known as SPAM. Our definition of SPAM aligns with that provided by the Spamhaus website. Emails sent via Mailerever must comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR regulations, as applicable. You are expected to understand and follow the policies, laws, and requirements of any country to which you send emails through Mailerever. To verify sender identities, Mailerever mandates a complete account profile for each user. Additionally, every email must include a functioning unsubscribe link
  

• Are you emailing people who haven't explicitly agreed to receive emails from you?

• Are you using a purchased list of email addresses?

• Are you providing false information in your profile, such as a wrong originating address?

• Are you using a domain name without proper authorization?

• Is your email subject line misleading or deceptive?

• Does your email lack a functioning unsubscribe option?

Answering YES to any of these questions suggests that you might be considered a spammer.

We scrutinize every email sent through our system until your account gains our team’s approval. We continuously monitor the activity of accounts and IPs and can easily identify problematic accounts. Our systems collaborate with spam reporting services from major ISPs. If your email is marked as spam due to lack of permission, we will be notified immediately. A permissible level of complaints is set based on industry standards (e.g., a maximum of 0.1% complaint rate per total recipients). Exceeding this limit can lead to account suspension, necessitating contact with our support team for advice. Passwords for Mailerever Email accounts are hashed when stored, providing one-way encryption. This means passwords are not viewable by anyone, including our administrators, and can only be reset.

• Our event logging covers various actions such as password changes, account email updates, payments, API Key modifications, exports, and more.

• Standard SSL encryption is supported for all application and API access.

• Standard SSL and TLS encryption are implemented for all SMTP traffic.

• API Keys are obtainable only with account login credentials.

• We employ defined access levels for accounts, users, and administrators, supporting a granular access model for all parties involved.

• Changes to account information like email and password require email confirmation from the Account holder.

• Advanced algorithms and 24/7 human monitoring are in place to protect your account from malicious content and unusual activity.

• Our databases are configured with full real-time replication.

• We use storage redundancy to enhance data storage reliability.
