The Site, the hosted email platform, and related services are referred to collectively as the "Services" throughout these Terms. YOU AGREE TO ENTER INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT WITH Mailerever BY REGISTERING FOR, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SERVICES. YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS. The individual or legal entity using or using the Services is referred to as "you" or "your" in these Terms. If you use or use the Services on behalf of a business (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that business or other legal entity to these Terms. Mailerever maintains the right to alter, update, or replace these Terms at any time by posting an amended version on the Site or otherwise contacting you. Your continued use of the Services following the publication of modifications to these Terms or receipt of notice constitutes your acceptance and agreement to such changes. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the most recent version of the Terms prior to using the Services.

1. Requirements for Service Use

1.1 Qualifications for Access. To access and utilize the Services, you must: (a) be of legal age in your area; (b) successfully complete the registration process to establish an account; and (c) ensure your contact and account details are always complete, accurate, and current.

1.3 Service Modifications. You recognize and consent that Mailerever may intermittently apply updates to the Services, which could alter the Services' appearance or operations, including adding, modifying, or eliminating features or content.

1.4 Interacting with External Services. The Services may allow you to engage with or buy products or services from external entities, including those offered on websites or apps linked through the Services (“External Services”). Mailerever's provision of access to these External Services is solely for convenience and does not imply Mailerever's endorsement, verification, or assumption of liability for these External Services. You acknowledge that using External Services falls under their respective terms and conditions, and any agreements or transactions through these External Services are solely between you and the pertinent external party.

1.5 Spam Prevention Efforts. Mailerever reserves the right to implement any measures it deems fit (be it legal, technical, or other) to prevent the use of the Services for sending unsolicited email (spam) and to handle third-party complaints about such activities. You concur that, if your account is suspected of being used for spam, Mailerever may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account.

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") outlines how Mailerever.com Inc. (“Mailerever”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you utilize Mailerever’s hosted email platform and associated services (the “Services”). For this Policy, “personal data” is defined as in the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”). This Policy is integrated into the Terms of Use by reference. We reserve the right to update this Policy periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated through our Services or other channels, allowing you to review the modifications before continuing to use our Services. By continuing to use the Services after such notifications, you are accepting the updated Policy. In essence, Mailerever uses and stores your personal data and that of your contacts solely for delivering the services you have registered for. We do not sell your data or use it for any secondary business purposes unrelated to the services provided. The details of these practices are explained more comprehensively below.

1. Requirements for Service Use

Mailerever is accountable for the personal data it controls. We have implemented policies and procedures to protect confidential personal data and address any complaints or inquiries. Our commitment is to the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personal data, ensuring you are informed about how we manage it. All complaints about our compliance with this Policy will be investigated, with corrective measures taken as needed. We will cooperate with regulatory bodies for unresolved complaints. This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") governs your use of Mailerever Email Inc. (“Mailerever”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) hosted email platform and associated services, including the Mailerever API (the “Services”). This Policy should be read alongside the Terms of Use, which it complements. Violations of this Policy may lead to the suspension or cancellation of your account. We reserve the right to amend this Policy. Any substantial changes will be communicated through our Services or other means, allowing you to review them before continuing your use of the Services. Continuation of the Services after such notices implies your acceptance of these changes.

1. General Email Guidelines

When using the Services, you must comply with the following:

  • Ensure all contacts you email through our Services have explicitly consented to receive your emails. Consent must be obtained via "double opt-in" methods. Our web forms adhere to this standard. For more details, visit our resources on double opt-in.

  • Avoid sending unsolicited emails ("spam"). Only send Transactional Messages (as defined in the Terms of Use) unless recipients have validly agreed to communications from you.

  • Refrain from using purchased, rented, or third-party email lists.

  • Use accurate header information in your emails. This includes “From,” “To,” “Reply-To,” and routing information.

  • Avoid deceptive subject lines and ensure links in your emails are relevant to the content.

  • Include a clear unsubscribe link in your emails, maintained for at least 60 days post-send. Promptly honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.

  • Accurately identify yourself in emails, providing a valid physical address, email address, or phone number for contact.

  • Clearly mark advertisements as such.

  • Only one account per user is allowed for free email credits. Creating additional accounts after suspension or cancellation may lead to further cancellation.

This Anti-Spam Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the guidelines for using the Mailerever Email Inc. (“Mailerever”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) hosted email platform and related services, including the Mailerever API (the “Services”). This Policy complements our Terms of Use and is incorporated into them by reference. Violating this Policy can lead to suspension or cancellation of your account.

Definition of Spam
  • Mailerever Email does not support the distribution of Unsolicited Bulk Email or Unsolicited Commercial Email, commonly known as SPAM. Our definition of SPAM aligns with that provided by the Spamhaus website. Emails sent via Mailerever must comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR regulations, as applicable. You are expected to understand and follow the policies, laws, and requirements of any country to which you send emails through Mailerever. To verify sender identities, Mailerever mandates a complete account profile for each user. Additionally, every email must include a functioning unsubscribe link
